Headstart Sports Coaching provide purpose designed, all-inclusive programs for all ages and abilities. Its a fantastic way to introduce children to sport and activity in order to foster a life-long interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I have run programmes with a number of National schools in the Westmeath/Longford area, including: Abbeylara, Castlepollard, Castletown, Collinstown, Coole, Finea, Gaelscoil an Choillíon, Lismacaffrey, Loreto College Mullingar, Moate, Rathowen & Whitehall.
