About -

I have a really strong passion for Sport, physical activity and the positive impact it can have with children. The health, social, cognitive, mental health and mobility benefits are invaluable and make for strong foundations for a healthy lifestyle. This is what led me, after qualifying in Coaching and Sports Development at Manchester Metropolitan University to develop my tailor-made Programmes for Schools.

I also deliver customized Personal Training Programs as well as organising Sports Events. My studies at University have provided me with the tools to cater not only for children but for older age groups and varied capabilities.
